It’s that time again – time to shake things up and envision “a new now.” As with life, art evolves over time. We choose a different path or look at something we just noticed, and all of a sudden the existing stuff feels blasé, banal, trivial.
Do we always need to push towards the sublime in everything we do?
Not really; it’s fun to seek novelty, but there’s also a place for the everyday in our lives. Changes to this site aren’t about newness for newness’s sake. These alterations / adjustments are about where the work is leading me.
